Originally from Quebec, clarinetist Myriam Carrier studies at McGill University in Montreal and at the Musikhochschule Karlsruhe in Germany. She has been a soloist with the Orchestre National d'Ile-de-France for 22 years, is often called by other major French, Canadian and German orchestras (OSQ, RSO Stuttgart, WKO Heilbronn, Orchesters de Radio France, OCP, ONPL, etc.) and is regularly invited to Japan for the PMF and Folles Journées festivals.
